Day-rate calculator (static)

Use this table to estimate studio time. Half-day is up to four hours on site or at the Coolsingel studio; full-day is up to eight. Figures are design fees in EUR before VAT where applicable. Furniture and trade labour are paid separately.

Example: one measure half-day (320) + drawings full-day (640) ≈ EUR 960 design time before add-ons.

Package bands (reference)

Many briefs land near these totals when modules combine: single home-office pack EUR 780–1,050; shared desk EUR 980–1,420; full desk + storage + lighting notes EUR 1,850–3,200. Meeting-nook add-on EUR 320–520.

Travel inside Rotterdam city limits is included. Visits outside the ring may add a stated travel line.

Payment

Consultations are paid before or at the visit. Package work: forty percent to start, balance on delivery of the drawing pack. Bank transfer in EUR; card available for consultations when arranged.

Outside design fees

Permits, electrical certificates, structural changes, and furniture purchases are not included. Unsafe wiring pauses layout advice until an electrician assesses risk.
